To my Langkawi
The mountains behind, in front is the sea.
That's the island, I want to be.
We found it in the North of Malay
And the only thing I can say
Is the satisfaction I can feel
This is the place where men can heal
No stress and no worry
and never no hurry
Also the people are very kind
I keep this forever in my mind
A peaceful "kampung"-walk
A friendly people-talk
The moslim, the christian live peaceful toghether
Who ever you are it doesn't matter
But how you are; helpful and kind
Respectful with an open mind
Than you can live where you want to be
On the beautiful islands of Langkawi
We fly to Holland on Valentineday
But when we come back, we want to stay
To live on Langkawi in peace and love
With the coconuttrees above
To spend the rest of all days
In harmony toghether with Cees.

Just wanted to write you a note to say Thank You very much for
your assistance, promptness and excellent hospitality during our trip in
Langkawi. My husband and I were very impressed with you taking the
time off to relocate us to a better hotel very promptly. Without a
doubt, you have made it possible for us to enjoy Langkawi and have
added to our memorable trip. Your people were excellent, including the
gentleman who drove us to the hotel and airport (sorry forgot his name)
but he was very pleasant and accommodating. Rest assured if we are ever
coming back to Langkawi you will be our one and only choice in
planning our trip. I will spread the news to anyone who even mentions
Langkawi.
Once again Thank you and keep up the excellent service. I guess that's what makes your company different from all the rest...

I would like to take this Opportunity to thank you and your website for the excellent service rendered.
We faced no problems at any stretch of time during our stay to Langkawi.
We went on Island hopping, and visited places like Underwater
world, Crocodile farm, Cable car, Birds paradise and Langkawi Crystal.
Managed to squeeze some time for Shopping too, before boarding the
Ferry. It was a memorable trip and we wish to come back here for
another trip in future.

You were right, Vennie, we had a lively time! We did the Mangroves
trip; saw eagles feeding, a monitor lizard chasing a sea snake,
kingfishers, fiddler crabs, bats and, yes, 4 dolphins cavorting around
in the sea...The enthusiasm of C Veejay, the guide has to be commented
upon. He added value and quality to the trip.
The Kuah Weds Night Market was very entertaining and it was lovely
to get the local "flavour". The island tour was good and we gained an
interesting if superfical feeling of the island (what else can you hope
to achieve from a moving vehicle?!).
But, there's one thing which really has to be commented upon. Its
the people. Both on our resort and off it, we had some of the loveliest
winning smiles we have seen anywhere in the world (and we have been to
dozens of places). These were from people who had nothing to gain
financially from us, they were simply lovely in their warmth and
friendliness and wonderful representatives for Langkawi and Malayasia.
But ask us to nominate the people we rate highest from all the
countries of the world and the Malaysians will always be up there in
the top 5. They are lovely.

I am writing to tell you what a great place my sister and I found
Langkawi to be. Services and people were all great and nothing was too
much trouble. We loved the mangrove tour and were amazed at the eagle
feeding and the Barn Thai Restaurant. We stayed at the Sheraton Langkawi
and enjoyed it immensely. Good value for money and had a great feel.
The snake sanctuary was great and the guys that work there, mad. You
also have the most amazing tropical storms! I would come back again to
explore the places we ran out of time to see. For value for money
Langkawi is the "Fiji" of Asia.
